Terms and Conditions for Tour Leaders Peru Adventure

We are honored that you have chosen to travel with Tour Leaders Peru Adventure (TLPA). Please read the following terms and conditions as the Peruvian system of services may vary from your nation of origin.

Tour Leaders Peru Adventure works in regions where standards of convenience may shift. Transportation and services might not resemble those you would regularly have back home, but we do our best to have it resemble so. Be that as it may, we endeavor with all due care and expertise to give the best support to our customers. Going to Peru requires adaptability, patience, broad-mindedness, agreeability and an understanding that progressions might be made without notice because of conditions or occurrences outside our ability to control for instance: natural disasters, strikes, terrible weather, and etc. By booking any of our tours and treks you consent Tour Leaders Peru Adventure to make vital changes without liability. Please note that these are events that Tour Leaders Peru Adventure cannot foresee, control or avoid.

Scope of our Service

When a reservation is made you will be sent a notification informing you of your booking status. You will receive this note within 24 hours. In that time frame, one of our administrators will send an email to your enrolled address confirming or conveying an alternative option to the reservation. Travelers are responsible for inputting correct and current contact information. If for some reason travelers do not receive an email confirmation by 24 hours notice please contact Tour Leaders Peru Adventure at info@tourleadersperu.com or tourleadersperu@gmail.com

Incremental charge in case of protests or strikes (Force Majeure)

In the past, there have been times where a protest or strike has interrupted our tours. We have learned that it is better to let you be aware rather than be unpleasantly surprised. It is not common but sometimes there are strikes and protests that delay or change your itinerary.

In the event of a protest or strike it may be necessary to leave a day or even two days earlier than scheduled so that we are able to comply with other services. In this case, there may be an additional fee, depending on the situation.
